BROILER POULTRY · COLOMBIA
Your team records mortality, weight and feed from their phone, in the shed, with signal or without it. You see the whole farm the same day — not eight days later, when nothing can be done about it anymore.
We don't change anyone's trade. We replace the notebook.
Today we accompany two farms. We are opening up to twenty.
Everyone has the same problem with a different face: the data exists, but it is scattered across a notebook, a chat and someone's memory.
Knows their farm by heart. What they lack is something to compare today's batch against the one from a year ago.
Has the order, but carries it alone: no one else can record data and the sheet breaks down as the team grows.
Several farms under one account, with different permissions per farm and per person.
They get access to what is theirs, without seeing what isn't. There is a role designed for that.
To offer it to their members. This is worth talking through:write to us.
THE NOTEBOOK PROBLEM
A shed notebook is almost always kept well. The problem is what happens afterwards: no one adds it up, no one compares it and no one sees it in time.
And when it is lost, it isn't a page that was lost: it was the only proof of what happened to that batch.
To know whether 1.32% mortality on day 24 is fine, you would have to dig up three old notebooks. No one does.
The shipment goes out, the invoice is forgotten, and the balance shows up already a month overdue.
HOW IT WORKS
Whoever records the data is whoever is in the shed. You only approve and read. It is the only way for data to come in every single day.
Mortality, weight and feed, from the phone, with large buttons and no field that isn't needed. Each person sees only the sheds you assigned them.
What was captured offline waits in a list. Nothing enters the farm until you review it, and you can approve the batch while leaving out one record that doesn't add up.
All active batches in one comparable table, with today's mortality and weight against previous batches at the same age.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
The application was designed knowing that half of the records will be entered without a single signal bar. What is recorded stays on the phone and is sent when the connection comes back. There is nothing to remember.
Nothing is lost. The data lives on the phone until it is sent, even if the application is closed or the phone is turned off.
Nothing comes in without your approval. When the signal comes back, what was captured waits in a list for you to approve.
It reads in full sun. The contrasts were calculated for a dirty, backlit screen, not for an office.
WHAT THE FIELD OPERATOR SEES
WHAT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER SEES
Yeimy Cardona sent 3 records from Shed 3, captured between 6:12 and 6:40 a.m.
SECURITY AND BACKUP
When several people record data on the same batch, knowing who did what stops being a technical detail and becomes part of the data itself.
If someone works on two of your farms, they can have different permissions on each one. The field operator doesn't see accounts receivable or prices, and not because the button is hidden: the system doesn't hand them the data.
Who changed what, when and from where. If someone deletes a day's mortality, the data doesn't come back, but the record of who deleted it stays.
Your farm's information doesn't share space with another producer's. No neighbor with a FarmsManager account can reach your numbers.
Your data can be taken out of the system whenever you want, in a file that opens in Excel.

FARMS ALREADY USING IT
We didn't design it in an office and then look for someone to sell it to. Every screen was built by watching how these two farms work.

WHO WE ARE
And that is on purpose. We would rather have twenty farms well attended than two hundred half-served.
TEXT TO BE WRITTEN · IT IS THEIR STORY, NOT MINE
[PENDIENTE] The real paragraph is missing: who they are, where the project comes from and why they started it. Three or four sentences are enough. If someone on the team comes from the livestock sector, that goes first — it carries the most weight for a producer deciding whether to trust us.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We still don't have a public price. We are defining the model with the first farms, and we would rather discuss it with you than publish a figure we might not be able to sustain. It will be by subscription.
Not to record data. Yes for what was recorded to reach the farm, and that can happen hours later, when the phone gets signal again at home or in town.
It gets corrected. Nothing enters the farm without your approval, and you can approve the batch while leaving out the record that doesn't add up, so it gets recorded again.
Yes, with a role designed for that: they see what they need for their work and don't see the sheds' daily operation.
Yes. One account manages all your farms, and on each one you invite your own team with its own permissions.
Your customer sees only what is theirs: their shipments and their balance with you. Never another customer's, and never the farm's operation.
Today it is built for broiler poultry, and that is the only thing we will tell you it does. The system was designed to grow into other sectors, but we won't sell you what doesn't exist yet.
Yes, and they were designed for it: complete figures, contrasts that survive black and white, and no information embedded inside an image.
